About IPM
Built by a Master Mariner

Inter Protect Marine was founded in New Delhi in 2012 by Capt S.K. Chaudhary, an ex-Master Mariner who understood from his own time at sea what vessel operators actually need from a security team. Not paperwork. Not box-ticking. Men who can do the job.

IPM operates as a manpower supplier to PMSCs and maritime operators — providing fully vetted, deployment-ready Indian and Nepali armed guards for HRA transits. Compliant with DG Shipping requirements and aligned with BMP-MS guidance throughout.

48–72 Hour Deployment
Mobilisation from staging to vessel embarkation within 48–72 hours on qualifying routes.
Flight & Travel Logistics
IPM manages guard travel arrangements end-to-end, frequently sourcing better fares than partners can access independently.
DG Shipping Compliant
All personnel certified through DG Shipping approved medical centres and maritime qualification providers.
Our Guards
The Men Behind the Deployments

Every IPM guard has served in a combat or security role in the Indian or Nepali armed forces. Military service is a non-negotiable entry requirement — not a preference.

Military Background
Guards drawn from Indian Army, Gorkha Rifles, Infantry Battalions, Artillery, and Naval Security units. All with verified service records and documented discharge.
Selection & Vetting
Service record verification, weapons handling assessment, medical examination, and Rules of Use of Force evaluation before any deployment is authorised.
MSO Induction
All guards complete IPM's Maritime Security Officer induction before first deployment — covering BMP5, vessel procedures, escalation protocols, and communication drills.
Ongoing WHTs
Weapons Handling Tests conducted at regular intervals throughout active service. Competency is verified continuously — not assumed at recruitment.
Rules of Force
Every guard trained and assessed on the applicable Rules for the Use of Force. RUF sign-off is part of the per-deployment documentation package.
Vessel Integration
Guards briefed on vessel-specific procedures before boarding. Masters receive full guard documentation in advance. IPM manages the crew interface throughout.
